Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of facility maintenance.
  • Coordinate department operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with standards.
  • Inspect equipment and the facility regularly for performance, safety, and necessary repairs.
  • Manage maintenance staff schedules, assignments, and training.
  • Maintain accurate records for repairs, warranties, inspections, and compliance documentation.
  • Ensure the facility adheres to all safety and legal standards.
  • Supervise and execute necessary repairs, upgrades, and renovations.
Position Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience (experience in healthcare settings is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to respond to emergency calls as needed.
