Senior Identity Management Specialist

This position requires an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI)  clearance with the ability to obtain a Counterintelligence polygraph clearance to be considered. 

Cherokee Analytics is seeking an Identity Management Specialist to provide support to advanced analytic capabilities for intelligence analysts across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise.

Senior Identity Management Specialist Responsibilities Include: 

Supports the development, review, processing, and execution of Identity Management plans, annexes, policies, and directives.  Maintains knowledge of established Identity Management plans to ensure that they support current and future operations.  Prepares and delivers Identity Management training to support and enhance unit readiness.  Performs organizational, individual, and operational due diligence IAW DoD policies to maintain plans, mechanisms, travel awareness, etc.  Evaluates the sustainability of the unit’s Identity Management Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).  Develops responses to Identity Management requirements and assigned taskers while engaging associated organizations for support and collaborating or coordinating on externally-generated requirements. Supports the daily management and oversight of Identity Management Operation Security, including but not limited to the maintenance, issuance, tracking, recovery, inventory, and turn-in of Identity Management program items. Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Senior Identity Management Specialist Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: 

Minimum of years of related experience preferred with at least a portion of the experience within the last years Master’s Degree in a related field preferred In-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements. Ability to work independently and with minimal oversight Demonstrates ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced.  Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction. Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution. Demonstrates ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence. Demonstrates ability to guide teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems.
