What You Will Do:
Plan and control finances for fixed price and cost re-determinable development programs, ensuring effective administration. Develop and maintain the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) and Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS) for project management. Analyze program cost and schedule performance, identifying trends, and providing corrective action recommendations to the Project Leadership Team (PLT). Interact with external customers for cost and schedule data, and support contract Estimates at Complete (EACs) for financial backing of program teams. Assist Program Management in risk and opportunity assessment, demonstrating expertise in Earned Value Management and scheduling tools like Deltek Cobra and SAP/BW. Communicate effectively, work collaboratively, and apply knowledge of company systems and policies to support business objectives. Analyze and forecast monthly sales, profit, and milestone billings, providing variance analysis and compliance support for internal and external audits. Mentor and train cost analysts, providing leadership and performing backup duties as needed. Adapt to unexpected events, meet critical deadlines, and support the Integrated Strategic Solutions business initiatives.Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements. Must have or be capable of obtaining a US Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance.Qualifications We Prefer:
Prior experience with government contracts is highly preferred. Expertise in planning and scheduling, particularly with relevant software. Proficient in Microsoft Project Familiarity with Earned Value Management concepts Flexibility to travel up to 10%.What We Offer:
