Summary of Position

Director will serve as a single point of contact to TWC to effectively lead and be responsible for program oversight, service delivery, reporting, compliance and overall program and fiscal accountability.

Minimum Required Education Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited educational institution; teacher certification preferred.
Master’s Degree from a regionally accredited education institution preferred. Minimum Required Experience Three (3) years’ experience in Adult Education or adult training programs required. Grant writing and implementation experience desired. Supervision and management experience preferred. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of computers and MS Office program including MS Word and MS Excel Knowledge of email and internet based programs required. Demonstrated leadership ability to supervise employees (both faculty and staff) of varying backgrounds, educational levels, and levels of expertise required. Ability to interact effectively with the public, local community and students. Demonstrated written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated problem solving skills and decision-making capacity. Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and multi-task.
