Description

Cincinnati Children’s Division of Allergy and Immunology is seeking an exceptional BC/BE Pediatric Allergy and Immunology specialist to join our well established, rapidly growing division.

The ideal candidate possesses the following required qualifications:

MD/DO and/or MD/PhD Allergy and Immunology Fellowship Training from an ACCGME-accredited program Board certified or board eligible Achievements in clinical excellence, research experience/productivity, leadership and/or education Ohio Medical licensure or eligible

The Division’s Mission is to improve the health of children with allergic and immune conditions through innovative research, outstanding clinical care and education of the current and next generation of leaders in health care research.

Cincinnati Children’s is the largest pediatric research institution in the Mid-west and internationally recognized referral source for the diagnosis and treatment of eosinophil esophagitis, food allergies, asthma, allergy and primary immune-deficiency diseases. With an active allergy program of 11 physicians treating children from around the world. The Division has a major role in the education of clinical fellows/ research fellows and the training of medical school residents. We have a powerful multidisciplinary infrastructure that actively collaborates with other disciplines to ensure the best clinical outcome for our patients.

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE


Required:
·Doctor of Medicine OR Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine OR equivalent
·Unrestricted licensed physician
·Approval/credentialing from CCHMC Medical Staff Services Division
·Completion of all required pre-employment activities
·Assistant Professor appointment or eligibility
·Prior clinical practice experience may be required based on the needs of the department
