Job Summary:
McLarty Daniel is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team in Bentonville, Arkansas.
As the Customer Service Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service experiences for our valued customers.
You will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our customer service department.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the auto industry.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, salaried position in the auto industry with a competitive compensation package.

Responsibilities:

- Create and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner
- Monitor and report on customer service metrics and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer service experience
- Keep updated on industry trends and customer service best practices
- Act as a liaison between customers and the company, conveying important information and feedback

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
- Mandatory experience in the auto industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
