Role Summary

The IT Support Technician I help with day-to-day functions to optimize internal usage of computer programs and hardware.

Shift available: Monday-Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay rate: $17-$20 based on experience

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Installation, troubleshooting and repairing desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other technology
  • Works to resolve user problems via phone, email, and chat to ensure optimal use of personal and professional computers
  • Create and manage user accounts and access for internal systems
  • Researching and documenting solutions and troubleshooting steps in ticket system
  • Maintain inventory on parts available for general repairs
  • Help maintain service/repair logs for auditing purposes

Required Skills

  • High attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Ability to communicate and work with co-workers effectively

Experience Requirements

  • At least 1 year of general IT Support experience preferred

Education Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Associate degree or equivalent certificates preferred in Information Technology for related field
