Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner Provide personalized service and cater to guests' needs Set up and maintain the club lounge area, ensuring a pristine and inviting atmosphere Prepare and serve complimentary food and beverages Offer recommendations on local attractions, dining options, and entertainment Assist with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently Collaborate with team members to create a seamless and exceptional guest experience

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively Positive attitude and genuine passion for delivering exceptional service Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Knowledge of local attractions and amenities
