We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Nursing Home Marketing Liaison to join our team. This role is crucial in building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources, community partners, and potential residents. The ideal candidate will be skilled in promoting our facility’s services, enhancing its reputation, and increasing our visibility in the community.

 

Reports To: Facility Administrator 

 

 Key Responsibilities:

 Community Outreach & Relationship Building

   - Develop and nurture relationships with local healthcare providers, senior centers, hospitals, and community organizations to create a steady stream of referrals.

   - Represent the nursing home at community events, health fairs, and networking functions to promote our services and engage with potential clients.

 Marketing & Promotion:

   - Implement and manage marketing strategies and campaigns to increase awareness of our nursing home’s services and benefits.

   - Create promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content, to effectively communicate our offerings.

   - Monitor and analyze marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals.

 Referral Management:

   - Act as the primary point of contact for referral sources, addressing their inquiries and providing information about our facility.

   - Follow up on referrals and admissions leads to ensure a smooth transition for prospective residents and their families.

 Customer Service & Support:

   - Provide exceptional customer service to prospective residents and their families, addressing their needs and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

   - Conduct tours of the facility for potential residents and their families, highlighting the benefits and unique features of our home.

 Collaboration & Reporting

   - Work closely with the admissions team, providing insights and feedback to help tailor services and improve processes.

   - Report on marketing activities, referral trends, and competitive analysis to the Director of Marketing & Admissions.

 Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- At least 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or senior living industry.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with social media platforms.

- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- A genuine passion for working with seniors and a commitment to providing high-quality care and service.

 Physical Requirements:

- Ability to travel locally to attend meetings and events.

- Ability to perform occasional lifting, bending, and standing.
