This includes responsibilities such as providing one-on-one patient care in a home setting, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living, communicating with the patient's family and healthcare team, and maintaining accurate medical records. Additionally, it may involve assessing the patient's condition, implementing care plans, and ensuring the patient's comfort and safety. Flexibility, compassion, and strong clinical skills are essential for this role. Current Health Certificate (per facility Registered Nurse (RN) contract or state regulation). Current PPD or Chest X-Ray. Current BLS card. One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
