 Job Summary
Fillmore & 5th, a sister company to Crossroads Trading Co, is a consignment boutique that carries highly desirable contemporary designers from JCrew, Madewell, and Vince to Rag & Bone, DVF, Alexander Wang, Christian Louboutin and Chanel, all at consignment prices
Are you fashion-obsessed, great with customers, and excel at hiring and developing teams? If you've said “Yes, Yes, Yes”, then we'd love to hear from you We are looking for someone with retail management skills and the ability to deliver a superior customer experience. 

Responsibilities 
● Handle all day-to-day store operations as manager 
● Hire, train, and develop a positive, fashion-focused staff 
● Create aesthetically appealing environment that welcomes all customers 
● Curate retail store merchandise 
● Work to achieve retail store financial goals 
● Supervise Buyer Training Program 
● Management of opening and closing procedures 
● Oversee all financial tasks, including payroll, banking and reconciling cash 
● Create employee schedules 
● Apply company policies and procedure 
● Develop and mentor a team 
● Ensure loss prevention 
●Attend manager meetings 
● Lead staff meetings 
 
Qualifications 
 
● 2+ years as lead manager of a fashion retail store 
● A Love and thorough understanding of fashion, designers, labels and trends
● Extraordinary people and customer service skills 
● Experience in hiring and management of staff in a fast-paced, busy retail environment 
● A proven track record of staff development and career-growth 
● The desire to work for an eco-conscious green company
 ● A willingness to learn new things You bring the leadership, we will train you to buy
● Ability to authenticate merchandise a plus
● Similar industry experience a plus (resale and/or consignment experience)
