We are hiring for our newest store located in Town & Country Village, Palo Alto Grand opening in May 2024.

We specialize in bra fittings for all sizes: Our fittings are important, honest and are an essential part to finding the perfect fit. Our size range is impressive We are in the industry to empower women, and to make sure every person feels welcomed, accepted and empowered when they leave our store We have fun here, but most importantly, we create an experience here.

Our boutique is seeking an exceptional and professional sales associate and an assistant store manager to join our team The position is part time for both roles, with the opportunity for growth with in the company.

As a team member, you will be responsible for driving sales in a fast paced, luxury retail boutique setting. Ideally have a minimum of 3 years selling experience in a high end luxury environment, preferably a background in lingerie and have a strong background in sales.

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Operate all aspects of daily business, open to close
- Inventory, organization
- Flexible schedule with weekend availability a MUST.
- Strong social media presence
- Maintain store monthly goals
- Develop strong customer relationships and build individual sales volume.
- Meet and exceed daily sales goals
- Visual Merchandising
- Strong organizational skills, computer skills and excellent verbal / written skills. Will be proficient working with pdf, word, excel format
- We maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization. Keeping the store premium at all times is **mandatory. A clean store is a happy store**:

- Provide honest and confident feedback to customers regarding merchandise style and fit

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour Hours

WORK AVAILABILITY:
SATURDAY: 10 AM - 6 PM

SUNDAY: 11 AM - 5 PM

MONDAY: 3 - 6 PM

TUESDAY: 3-6 PM

WEDNESDAY: 3-6 PM
