Responsibilities:

Provide analytics consultation to support the development of innovation which may include advanced statistical analyses and machine learning expertise.

Display willingness to work with others and assist with projects and initiatives as necessary to meet the needs of the business.

Effectively utilize current technologies and tools. Prefer candidates with experience creating prediction variables with the most up to date image segmentation techniques. 

Contribute to the mentoring of other team members.

Be comfortable working though ambiguity while testing and troubleshooting newly launched or updated innovations.

Provides thought leadership and acts as a subject matter expert in the designing and recommending the appropriate analytical approaches and methodology for addressing key issues within the business.

Strong executive-level client facing skills and has the ability to communicate complex analytical concepts with confidence to a non-technical executive audience.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field. (Master’s preferred)

Expertise in statistical modelling and machine learning.

Experience with SQL

Advanced skills in Python or R.

Experience with cloud computing environments (Azure preferred). 

Proven analytical/problem solving skills with strong learning agility.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Travel: Travel Percentage: 10-15%
