Position Overview: We are looking for an efficient and meticulous Order Filler to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting and packing customer orders, ensuring they are prepared for timely shipment. This role is critical to maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Selection: Accurately pick products from inventory based on order specifications.
  • Packing & Labeling: Securely pack products, label packages correctly, and prepare them for shipment.
  • Quality Control: Inspect items for any defects or discrepancies before packing and shipping.
  • Inventory Management: Update inventory records as orders are filled and assist with regular stock counts.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily order fulfillment goals and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment role is a plus but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
