Position Overview: Are you detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Nibav Lifts Inc. is seeking a meticulous and motivated Order Filler to join our dynamic team. As an Order Filler, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products reach our customers accurately and on time. Your attention to detail and efficiency will be key in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack items from the warehouse inventory based on customer orders. Ensure each order is complete and meets quality standards before shipping.
  • Inventory Management: Keep track of stock levels and report any shortages or discrepancies. Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient inventory system.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and damages. Ensure that all items are correctly labeled and securely packed.
  • Shipping Preparation: Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and arranging transportation. Work with the shipping team to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse staff and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals. Assist in other warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehousing, or a similar role is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory and order management.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
