POSITION SUMMARY (Limit to a few sentences to explain the main purpose of the role) .The Project Director is a key member of the Operation Better Start multidisciplinary team. The Project Director’s responsibilities
include behavioral health program implementation, budgeting, training, and grant reporting. The Project Director works within both
the health and education community. The Project Director provides psychosocial care for patients to maximize emotional, social, and
physical well-being. The Project Director conducts psychosocial assessments, provides direct counseling, and works effectively within a multidisciplinary team to facilitate crisis intervention. The Project Director advocates for effective use of healthcare and community
resources. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in social work or pertinent clinical experience in a healthcare setting required
Experienced educator with a minimum of 10 years educational leadership preferably in school administration and curriculum development

Education:
Master’s degree in Social Work required
