Job Title: Project Manager – Commercial Construction

Job Summary:

Gpac is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Team Coordination: Oversee and direct the activities of project teams, including superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimates, expenditures, and financial reporting.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project work is performed to the highest standards of quality.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between clients, project teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and address potential issues and challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all project activities adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager in ground-up commercial construction.
  • Education: A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Mindset: A proactive and results-oriented approach.
