Seeking a full-time Office Admin to join our rapidly growing high-end property management team. Need hands-on assistance with the ongoing operations and daily tasks associated with the maintenance of our properties and staff.
Qualified candidate experience to include, but not limited to:
- Administrative/office responsibilities
- Professional communication abilities both in email and in-person.
- Managing multiple properties and projects at once
- Proficient with Excel and Office products
- Knowledge of billing procedures
- Proposal/estimate creation
- Project management
- HOA management
- Basic knowledge of handyman skills and tools, and property maintenance
- Scheduling, data entry, and record-keeping
Each employee must be able to perform the essential functions of their position. This position requires the ability to repeatedly lift and move approximately 25 lbs. Constantly positions self to maintain office equipment. Frequently communicate with other staff, clients, and vendors. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. Must be able to detect errors in physical and digital work and learn technical material. Employees are expected to make quick decisions, supervise workers, and interpret data.
