DIVE INTO YOUR DAY
You'll work full-time Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM, with one evening shift per week from 11 AM to 8 PM or 12 PM to 9 PM.
Every day is different in the life of an Academic Advisor at Paul Mitchell Schools. From keeping a close eye on student grades and attendance to providing one-on-one coaching, you'll play an instrumental role in helping our students stay on track. You'll need to be comfortable with administrative tasks and adept with technology to monitor student progress effectively. The heart of this job lies in mentorship – you'll be the one students turn to for advice, support, and sometimes a bit of tough love. Balancing a busy schedule of responsibilities and conversations is all part of your day, and you wouldn't have it any other way
