Job Description: Join our team at GGs Waterfront and become part of an elite culinary experience dedicated to perfection. We are seeking exceptional servers who share our passion for fine dining and commitment to providing unparalleled service. As a server, you will:

  • Exude professionalism and grace while delivering personalized service to our discerning guests
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of our menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and recommended wine pairings
  • Anticipate guests' needs and preferences to ensure a seamless and memorable dining experience
  • Work collaboratively with our culinary team and sommelier to orchestrate flawless service from start to finish
  • Uphold our standards of excellence in hospitality, cleanliness, and attention to detail

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a server in a fine dining establishment, with a deep understanding of service etiquette and protocols
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation, reflecting the sophistication of our brand
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and delight guests from diverse backgrounds
  • A passion for gastronomy and a desire to continuously expand your knowledge of culinary trends and techniques
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in the hospitality industry
