Responsibilities:

The resource will be responsible for developing sales at their assigned customers. It will also be responsible for:

Provide technical/sales support to customers and maintain relationships with R&D department as well as quality; Promote preliminary contact actions with potential customers, develop sales negotiations, formulate offers, quotes and negotiate the best sales conditions; Define the order, payment terms, delivery methods and everything else necessary for the sale; Review contracts and perform support activities for its negotiation. Propose and implement changes regarding contracts already in place in order to achieve significant economic improvements from a global perspective, to contribute to the achievement of corporate objectives; Plan your work around the order/customer base in order to allocate your time between the most appropriate sales activities (developing new negotiations, soliciting old ones, new designs, etc.); Actively collaborate with all departments-services of the company in order to provide the necessary support to their own and others' work and make a valuable contribution to the company's success; Develop professional knowledge, with emphasis on company policies and procedures, customers and their needs, products and their applications, the sales process, and competitor products; Periodically report to your manager on the performance of your business and if necessary, agree and implement any corrective actions.

Requirements:

High school Degree with electrical and/or mechanical knowledge; Knowledge of basic functions in the use of computers and the Internet; Knowledge of specific computer programs related to the commercial sector; Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems; Basic knowledge of catalog products and their main variants; Knowledge of Defense and Aerospace mkt; Basic knowledge of manufacturing and product control procedures; Knowledge of business-related procedures and work instructions; Negotiation and customer management skills; Availability to travel; Reside in Rome and surrounding area
