Senior Processing Specialist

About The Team

Join the TRS Resolutions Department, a pivotal unit within TRS Recovery Services and TeleCheck Services, LLC, where precision and due process in handling consumer disputes and inquiries are at the heart of what we do.

What You Will Do:

Conduct thorough research and investigations to resolve disputes, fraud, chargebacks, and complaints under the guidelines of the FDCPA and FCRA.

Communicate findings to consumers through well-crafted correspondences.

Collaborate with multiple teams and relationship managers to ensure cohesive operations and effective resolution of issues.

Manage and triage documentation from various channels to appropriate teams.

Organize caseloads to prioritize and address tasks timely and efficiently.

What You Will Need To Have:

High school diploma or GED.

Familiarity with banking, association rules and regulations, especially in collections and resolutions.

Firm grasp of relevant rules and regulations. (FDCPA, FCRA)

Basic typing and arithmetic skills.

Proven analytical and research capabilities.

What Would Be Great To Have:

Salesforce knowledge.

Case management and production expertise.

Tools You'll Use:

General computer applications, Salesforce, and specialized case management software.
