We are seeking a Clinician to become a part of our team We are looking for someone who has experience conducting assessments for ASAM 2.1 IOP, Mental Health Skill Building, and/or Crisis.

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee medical and health service activities and personnel
  • Plan and coordinate health services
  • Ability to conduct case management
  • Work collaboratively with other providers to implement appropriate programs
  • Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
  • Remain aware of DMAS and Human Rights regulations and company standards
  • Verify eligibility and screen referrals prior to assessment
  • Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures
  • Perform clinical needs assessments and develop person-centered treatment plans
  • Participation in the development, implementation, and ongoing assessment of all clients
  • Maintains personal time records on cases for billing purposes.
  • Works independently to complete required tasks with minimum supervision, as appropriate
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:


  • Must be licensed in Virginia as either a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), OR Resident in Counseling by the Virginia Board of Counseling, OR Licensed Eligible Supervisee in Social Work.
  • Previous experience in healthcare or other medical fields
  • Experience in a managerial role
  • Experience managing a staff of ten or more
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • current driver's license, automobile insurance, tuberculosis test/screening, CPR & First Aid Certified, Human Rights Training, and behavior management training.
