The Ecommerce Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimizing the product catalog and content across Our Owned and Operated (OOO) websites and various online marketplaces. This role ensures the accuracy and quality of product listings, enhances user experience, and supports digital marketing efforts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Set up, add, and update the full catalog of products on Our Owned and Operated (OOO) websites and online marketplaces including Amazon Walmart, Staples.com, etc.
· Manage the content for each product, including product detail pages copy and images, enhanced content, pricing, product attributes, parent/child relationships, schema markup and meta data.
· Create and update, as needed, OOO website landing pages, blogs, and other content pages.
· Conduct regular audits of product listing content, pricing, and categorization to identify and fix any errors or inconsistencies.
· Manage cross-sells, up-sells, and related products on OOO websites.
· Monitor website performance and test website features such as search, filtering, add to cart, and checkout to ensure an error-free and seamless user experience.
· Implement and manage website A/B and multivariate website tests, monitor results, and report on opportunities to optimize performance.
· Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure web content is optimized for ecommerce and browser search engines.
· Troubleshoot and report on website issues and collaborate with developers for fixes as needed.
· Monitor and report on critical OOO website and marketplace performance KPIs, user engagement metrics, ratings and reviews, and conversion metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
· Provide support to website and marketplace digital campaigns and promotions and perform ad-hoc tasks as needed.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
· Experience with content management platforms: Adobe Commerce Cloud a plus.
· Strong analytical skills and experience with data and marketplace analysis tools.
· Technical understanding of digital/e-commerce best practices and internet technologies.
· Strong understanding of and success implementing digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, and analytics.
· Expertise in using web analytics, A/B testing, site personalization and user journeys to identify improvement opportunities.
· Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
· Extensive understanding of marketplace business models.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Curious mind with a desire to continue to learn and grow professionally.
· Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing, or related fields.
· 1-2 years of experience with marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, Staples, Target, Wayfair, etc. and website management, ecommerce, and digital marketing.
· 1-2 years experience in ecommerce, digital or marketplace merchandising and/or product catalog management; strong experience with Amazon, Walmart, Target listing requirements and operations.
· Working knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, ecommerce, websites, Amazon Seller Central and / how products are loaded.
· Balanced analytical/conceptual skills; demonstrated ability to use analytics and benchmarks to understand and optimize for organic search, product content, and merchandising.
COMPUTER EQUIPMENT AND LEVEL OF SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS:
