We are looking for a  Resident Services Coordinator II to join our team in Fridley, MN This position provides a wide range of administrative support to the community. May also serve as main receptionist for the community. This administrative scheudle includes;

80 hours every two weeks Full time, Day shift Weekends as needed Benefit Eligible: (Paid Time Off, Retirement, Cash Out Wages Before Payday with our New Benefit of Early Wage Access)

Maintain nursing staffing schedule for community (if applicable) Coordinates Administrative functions Coordinates Training and Maintains Records Assists with billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable (if applicable) Coordinates Resident Communication Functions as receptionist for the building (if applicable) Other duties as assigned: Works as Resident Assistant (RA) upon request of building leadership Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree preferred Health Unit Coordinator training preferred Previous experience working with Eldermark and Educare Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications One to three years of previous experience preferred
