Responsibilities:
Professionally represent the company with a strong customer focus and entrepreneurial mindset Process/Enter employment record changes related to new hires, terminations, job assignments etc. Act as the primary point of contact for compliance programs such as workers compensation and OSHA reporting Maintain and organize employment records, assuring accuracy and confidentiality Front desk duties and office management: manage the lobby, grant visitor access, order office supplies and route phone calls to the appropriate party Provide administrative support for employee events and recognition programs Support Human Resources department and handle confidential information Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Manage vendors, submit and document invoices Assist with additional Human Resources projects as neededQualifications:
Prior experience in an administrative role preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Ability to handle confidential information, multi-task and show a strong attention to detail Strong problem solving, customer service, communication and organization skills Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn new computer applications Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Demonstrated ability to professionally communicate with all levels of the organizationAmphenol Corporation is proud of our reputation as an excellent employer.
