The Global Process Owner - Order to Cash will have accountability across an entire function to define and execute strategy and lead the full business transformation across all people, processes, and tools. This role will lead and make decisions for the cost, definition, implementation, governance and continuous improvement of all processes and technology across the assigned global functional area. In addition, this role will manage the external and internal risk, controls and compliance associated with the global processes and ensure alignment between end user needs and strategic direction of the organization.

What will you do?

Lead, decide and own the strategy, definition, and global deployment of the Order to Cash and User Experience end-to-end process roadmaps, including business continuity, role accountability and technology impacts, to ensure consistent, effective, and efficient processes across the global organization.

  • Lead the mapping of all global processes within the Order to Cash function and designing processes that will best suit the business, including the technology solutions needed to support the process.

  • Advise and collaborate with business and process areas to prioritize, identify and implement processes and associated improvements.

  • Design and facilitate workshops, synthesizing information using analytical frameworks to identify, prioritize, structure, and solve complex business problems.

  • Make critical business decisions that will strengthen Mosaic's reputation as an attractive company to do business with, ensure our ability to meet the evolving needs of customers - from the online tools we use, to our product offerings and our ability to deliver - reduce Mosaic's spend, reduce risk of reporting inaccurate data externally and internally, and enable our business for future growth.

Lead the coordination and communication with impacted groups, both functional and regional, across the process to highlight perspectives and impacts of changes within current processes to the new global standard.

Actively lead and participate in change management activities - organization capability assessment, education of the process and impacts across organization, participate in training and communication development, review, and execution. Partner with leaders to ensure understanding and adoption of process changes.

Decrease employee turnover by driving alignment to global standards, identifying and leading implementation of continuous improvement efforts throughout the organization and process area, which will improve the employee experience.

With an operational excellence mindset, defining and tracking process related KPIs and drive enhancement opportunities.

What do you need for this role?

  • Bachelor's degree required with major in Business, Operations, Technology, or related area (Master's degree preferred)

  • 10+ years of experience in Order to Cash, Commercial or Marketing process areas or related areas.

  • Broad understanding of processes and enabling technologies in functional area.

  • Experience with budget, vendor, and contract management.

  • Experience in process analysis and improvement.

  • Strong network and reputation within the organization to drive change.

  • Strong project management skillset, including project scoping and planning, structure thinking, and risk identification.

  • Global accountability preferred

  • Previous business transformation experience preferred

  • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills (e.g., able to support and prioritize multiple projects).

  • Ability to assess situations, determine urgency of risks, and determine path to resolution.

  • Strong ability to coordinate action across dispersed workforce.

  • Strong business acumen.

  • Demonstration of effective leadership, interpersonal, and strategic planning skills necessary to interact and influence senior management in both assigned functional area and the business.

  • Strong team player who can work across organizations and teams to produce high quality outcomes.

  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills.

  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.

  • Strong computer skills, which includes proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Teams.
