Citi's Functions Technology is responsible for delivering Technology solutions to Citi's Functions organizations. The IT Project Tech Lead is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within their field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in their job and the business.

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for developing the product / value stream vision, inspiring the team to deliver upon the goals, and leading the product functional design process. You will work in an agile environment, continuously reviewing business needs, refining priorities, and outlining milestones and deliverables.

You will create features and functionalities that enable achievement of business goals by collaborating with stakeholders, create and own the product backlog, and facilitate backlog decomposition sessions with the technology teams.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5+ years of experience working in an agile culture, and 3+ years of relevant experience working as a Product Owner preferably in the banking domain.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize items that maximize business value, excellent communication skills, and experience facilitating collaborative sessions are essential.
