The Operations Representative I is responsible for providing operational oversight, day-to-day management, and directly supervising staff and financial performance.

$75,000 yearly salary

This is a remote position


Operations Representative I Responsibilities:

Manages operational expenses and explains budget variances Ensures safety practices and applicable regulations are obeyed by all employees Ensure facilities and buses are maintained to First Student safety and environmental standards Sets accurate schedules for routes Minimizes route drive times and mileage while adhering to contractual and regulatory mandates Ensures purchases follow company processes and policies


Operations Representative I Experience and Skills Required:

Strong oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite in a professional setting. Business background in financial, strategic, and/or organizational analysis, a plus
