Job Summary:


We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. As a Marketing Assistant, you will support various marketing activities, including content creation, social media management, and campaign coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Management: Help manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support marketing strategies.
  • Event Coordination: Support the organization and promotion of company events, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties, such as managing marketing calendars, maintaining databases, and coordinating with vendors.
  • Reporting: Compile and present marketing data and reports to the marketing team to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
