KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Federal Advisory practice.

Responsibilities:

Lead teams in the development of client solutions using analytics, exploratory data analysis, data wrangling, and ETLProvide oversight, scoping, technical assistance, and quality control over the development of analytics solutions utilizing analytics / data wrangling tools ( - Python, R, Alteryx, SQL, SAS)Perform operations to prepare data for analysis ( - data cleansing, data integration, data transformation)Design / perform explanatory data analyses, develop, manage, execute data analytics experimentations, and apply metrics to evaluate performance of machine learning modelsDevelop documentation and guides for analytics usage / maintenance

Qualifications:

A minimum of five years of technical data analytics experienceBachelor's degree from an accredited college/universityExperience in analyzing / wrangling data utilizing Python, SQL, R, Alteryx, or SASExperience managing projects including establishing scope, setting timelines, delegating work, and managing risk Experience overseeing technical staff, mentoring, providing on the job training, and quality control Knowledge of data science and machine learning concepts and techniquesAbility to travel as required to support firm engagementsStrong understanding of governance, controls, process and procedures, centers of competency, change management, conceptual data modeling, master data management, data standardization and stewardship, information integrity and compliance, and data quality managementApplicant must possess a Government Secret clearance
