An HVAC supplier in San Antonio is seeking a motivated Order Selector to join their team at their distribution center. As an Order Selector, your job will be to work with both inbound and outbound customer orders, as well as keep track of stock and maintain an organized inventory of supplies.

About the Job:

The Order Selector is responsible for the execution of various duties and tasks associated with daily warehouse functions, operations, and activities- especially counting, inspecting, and receiving inbound and outbound orders.

Responsibilities:
  • Sort, count, inspect, and receive inbound orders.
  • Use RF scanner to receive orders.
  • Select, palletize, and audit outbound orders.
  • Accurately stock products in proper locations.
  • Accurately complete shipping/receiving logs for all inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Warehouse maintenance and housekeeping.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of warehouse experience is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of RF handheld scanners.
  • Forklift experience is ideal but not required; you will be trained by the supplier.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
  • Powered and non-powered material handling equipment.
  • Order selecting experience.
  • Adequate mathematics skills.
  • Stocking, receiving, and selecting accuracy.
  • MUST pass background and drug screening.

Pay:
  • $14.50/hr.  ----> $15.50/hr. after two weeks of perfect attendance

Shift:
  • Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM.
