The Order Selector is responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting, preparing, and packaging customer orders for delivery or pickup. This role requires attention to detail, speed, and accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of our distribution processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick products from shelves and storage areas according to order specifications.
  • Ensure orders are packed correctly and securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and RF scanners.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
  • Perform inventory checks and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly order fulfillment targets.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to heavy lifting if needed.
  • Basic math skills for inventory counts and order verification.
