The position

As our new Supplier Quality Manager - Development you will be end-to-end quality responsible for improving the way we work with Partners for Development Projects in DDS (Device and Delivery Solutions) in Novo Nordisk. Together with the strategic partnership team in DDS you will establish a good due diligence process to ensure quality is included in scouting, evaluation and selection of partners for development projects. This is extremely important to ensure the continuous high quality of Novo Nordisk products. Additionally, you will be: Participating in establishing an overview of existing processes, stakeholders, and standard work with regards to QA issues around the above-mentioned partners Building a roadmap with important stakeholders to generate improvement projects, plans and activities Supporting and reporting on these activities Responsible for making sure that we work compliant in our partner processes Assist in establish partnership best practices by actively seeking inspiration from (or even creating) external fora’s. In addition to improving processes and working strategically, a major part of the work is ad-hoc support to development projects in case guidance is needed on issues with partners. This may include working on improvement plans for certain partners. Thus, this role will have impact on many levels and there is a great deal of freedom to shape the role and the initiatives needed. Qualifications A competitive candidate should meet the next requirements: Experience in working with partners/suppliers (at least 2-3 years) e.g due diligence work, contract management, improvement activities QA experience is an advantage Could also be partner experience from other disciplines e.g Procurement Supplier Quality Management experience Skills in stakeholder management, Medical Device development and ISO. About the department DDS Quality is responsible for all quality aspects in the DDS project portfolio including mechanical devices, devices with embedded electronics and software, and Software as a Medical Device. We also lead and support Quality Management System activities, quality oversight of our suppliers, and host audits and inspections. We are an international team of more than 30 passionate Quality Assurance experts with diverse backgrounds of which most are based in Hillerød, Denmark – and three in a Device R&D satellite in US.
