The position

is a maternity cover for one year with the possibility of permanent employment. Your tasks will include: Drive & facilitate innovation community. Support awareness communication for digital solutions including storytelling. Plan & facilitate digital transformation workshops adjusted to different target groups across BRD. Establish a structured approach and framework for executing Digital Transformation activities in Line of Business. Support strategy & planning for digital transformation projects. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to form the way we work with learning, people, and strengthen the digital culture in BRD. You will work closely with other colleagues and impact the way we foster an innovation culture and strengthen the digital transformation journey. Qualifications You will be a great asset to our team because you have: A bachelor’s degree within organisational change, psychology, learning, digital transformation or similar. Experience with presenting/facilitating workshops. Experience with driving awareness communication activities including storytelling. Solid knowledge and understanding of change processes and digital transformation. Basic understanding of digitalisation, new technology and IT. Full professional proficiency in oral and written English. As a person, you are well organised and structured and effectively plan and meet deadlines. You have strong communication skills and thrive on engaging with people and building relationships. You have the capability to manage various stakeholders and work autonomously, proactively setting and achieving your own goals. You are comfortable handling various types of tasks, even those that are not clearly scoped or defined in advance. About the department Our team is part of the BRD Manufacturing Development & Quality Control area that has its base in Denmark. What other companies call Manufacturing Science & Analytical Technology (MSAT) we call Manufacturing Development. We are app. colleagues who are the end-to-end station for product and process development for all BRD production facilities, driving innovation both when it comes to industry 4.0 technology and expansion of the product portfolio. Our area also includes the Quality Control unit for all BRD’s products. Together we drive change by always looking for improvements within our processes and in the way we work to make our products reach as many patients as possible.
