JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Merchandising Manager, Traditional Dealers to join our growing team.

The Role: The Merchandising Manager will be the driving force for commercial growth and market execution for JELD-WEN Doors in the Traditional Dealer and National Building Supply Channel. This position works closely with the National Account Team, Product Management, Category Management, Pricing and Channel Marketing to ensure we have the right assortment, programming and strategy within the assigned sales channel.

What You Will Do: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Develop and execute strategic marketing and merchandising plans to achieve sales targets and profitability within assigned sales channel. Collaborate with sales team to identify key strategies and develop mutually beneficial programs to achieve both customer and JELD-WEN goals. Work with Product Management team to determine product offering, assortment and pricing recommendations for sales channel. Partner with the Marketing team to create and optimize marketing materials, including sales presentations, product guides, and visual merchandising, for channel partners. Create and manage marketing campaigns, product commercialization, promotions, and incentive programs to drive partner engagement and increase sales performance. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities and develop effective marketing strategies. Recognize new business opportunities and lead effort to justify new investments. Provide regular updates and communication to internal stakeholders regarding channel marketing initiatives, performance, and upcoming plans. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to channel marketing, and use this knowledge to drive innovation and improve marketing strategies. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products, as well as the needs and preferences of our target consumers and channel partners. Manage customer Product Line Review process. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of channel marketing activities, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement. Comply with all JELD-WEN corporate guidelines.

Who You Are:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field and five (5) to ten (10) years relevant experience in product management required. Strong data mining skills in Excel, strong presentation skills including PowerPoint. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop effective marketing strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with channel partners, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Proven experience in developing and executing successful channel marketing programs and campaigns. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Creativity and innovation in developing marketing programs and campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive results. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Understanding of channel management principles and experience in working with channel partners to drive sales and growth. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to extract insights and make data-driven decisions. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
