Sous Chef Qualifications

  • No short tenures
  • 3+ years Sous Chef experience
  • Experience in high-volume restaurants is preferred
  • Very hands-on leadership—no "clipboard managers"
  • Passion for people, food, and coaching & developing others
  • P&L Experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
