A shipping and receiving coordinator manages the shipment and receipt of products, materials, and supplies.

What You'll Do Here
Receiving: Inspecting packages, verifying orders, and unloading trucks Shipping: Preparing items for shipment, such as packing, sealing, labeling, and affixing postage and loading trucks Inventory management: Keeping track of stock levels, scanning barcodes, and updating records Documentation: Preparing documents like work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders Communication: Collaborating with others involved in the shipment and receipt process, such as logistics technicians, customer service representatives, and service providers Organization: Maintaining a clean and organized area, and keeping an accurate log sheet of daily movesWhat You Bring To The Team
2+ years of experience in the industry, not necessarily in shipping/receiving. Good knowledge of SAP in receive goods in the system, Microsoft office suite – Word, outlook Basic computer skills are a must, like creating and saving files, making a spreadsheet, sending an email, creating a presentation, and using other basic software. Warehouse forklift, off road forklift and lull certifications will be obtained for this role-
