We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Nurse to oversee nursing operations across multiple nursing homes in the Bethel, Connecticut area. This role is crucial in ensuring that all facilities provide consistent, high-standard care.

**Job Summary:** As the Regional Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing operations across several nursing homes within the Bethel, Connecticut area. You will work closely with facility administrators and nursing staff to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, implement best practices in resident care, and maintain quality standards. This role requires a seasoned Registered Nurse (RN) with a proven track record in multi-facility oversight.

**Key Responsibilities:** - Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff across multiple facilities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. - Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations at each facility. - Conduct regular site visits to monitor and assess the quality of care and services provided. - Collaborate with facility administrators and directors of nursing to develop and implement care standards and operational procedures. - Lead initiatives to improve resident outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care. - Support the development and training of nursing staff, promoting professional growth and high performance. - Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators, making data-driven decisions to improve operations. - Address and resolve any clinical issues or concerns that arise within the facilities. - Ensure that all facilities are prepared for regulatory inspections and surveys. - Serve as a resource and mentor to nursing staff, providing guidance on clinical practices and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications:** - **Registered Nurse (RN) license** in Connecticut is **required**. - Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a multi-facility oversight role. - Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations related to long-term care. - Proven ability to lead and manage nursing operations across multiple facilities. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Ability to travel between facilities within the Bethel, Connecticut area. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. - Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of resident care.
