Withum’s Outsourced Accounting Systems and Services (OASyS) team is seeking an Outsourced Accounting Accounts Payable Manager to join our growing team in any of the following office locations: East Brunswick, NJ; Princeton, NJ; Red Bank, NJ . This will be a hybrid in-office position. This will not be a remote role. They will oversee and work together with staff and senior team members to service a wide range of companies. How You’ll Spend Your Time:
Supervising a team Reviewing and approving payments to vendors / contractors Reviewing and approving payroll Ensuring proper internal controls and enhancement of processes Establishing and maintaining the implementation of AP procedures Performing weekly process of payroll, accounts payable, and monthly expense reconciliation Maintaining AP and PO reports, analyzing results and making corrections as needed Overseeing vendor maintenance, compliance, AP performance management and analyticsThe Kinds of People We Want to Talk to Have Many of The Following:
