Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Summary:
Institutes appropriate nursing intervention which might be required to stabilize a resident’s condition and/or prevent complication Makes daily resident rounds to interview physical and emotional status implementing any required nursing interventions Responds to resident and family concerns and ensures that each concern is documented, and a resolution is initiated or communicated to appropriate staff Coordinate’s admission, discharge, and transfer of residentsQualifications :
Must have a current licensure as an LVN or LPN in the state of employment At least two (2) years of experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care CPR certification a plus Excellent bedside mannerBenefit & Perks:
