As a Retail Deputy Manageryoull help keep your store running like clockwork working inpartnership with the Store Manager. Leading by example you willhelp your team unlock their potential by inspiring our customers toread learn create and play more through creating unforgettablemoments smiles on faces and products to go home with to craftmemories theyll cherish

Taking the helm whenthe Store Manager is unavailable youll captain the ship takingresponsibility for the team store standards customer experience andcommercial targets.

  • Standin for the Store Managertaking responsibility for all metrics and the team if theyreaway
  • Foster a store atmosphere thats enjoyablewelcoming and inclusive.
  • Demonstrate progressin driving retail sales and achieving high performance across allkey performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Drive retailcommerciality like a boss Striving for fantastic sales and highperformance across all KPIs.
  • Its not all aboutnumbers. Your store will shine with excellent standards andimpeccable merchandising. From cleanliness to pricing youll makesure everything is pictureperfect.
  • Lead andcoach the team by working shouldertoshoulder to provide anoutstanding retail experience ensuring each customer is delightedand inspired. Utilise your product knowledge and charm to introduceadditional offerings.
  • Youll be a merchandisingmaster effortlessly placing products in both planogrammed andnonplanogrammed spaces. Youll soon be looking at a high SKU countlike your best game ofTetris
