Position Overview:

As an Elite Master Certified Service Manager, you'll earn $120,000 per year and have the opportunity to earn a commission. We also provide this automotive position with great benefits

Key Responsibilities for our Elite Master Certified Service Manager:

  • Greet customers with a smile and assess their vehicle needs
  • Provide accurate estimates and explain recommended services
  • Work with technicians to ensure timely service
  • Keep customers informed throughout the process
  • Address customer questions and resolve issues quickly
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality

Qualifications for an Elite Master Certified Service Manager:

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Manager or in a similar customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
  • A customer-focused attitude and a commitment to excellence
