We are seeking a professional, courteous, and organized individual to fill the role of Receptionist at Starr. As the face of our organization, the Receptionist will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our guests and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities :

Greet visitors and clients as they arrive, ensuring they feel welcomed and are directed to the appropriate person or meeting room. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed. Preparing conference rooms before each scheduled meeting, may include coordinating catering and refreshment needs. Maintain office security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, controlling access, and issuing visitor badges. Schedule, manage, and coordinate meeting room bookings. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries and manage outgoing mail and messenger pick-ups. Assisting in preparation of PowerPoint presentations and meeting materials. Assist with the coordination of office events and meetings. Update and maintain front desk policies and procedures. Maintaining Executive Breakroom. Contributing to the Processing Team effort by accomplishing daily tasks. Additional roles and specialized tasks relating to Aviation department.

Qualifications :

Proven work experience in a corporate environment as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, Administrative or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and other office productivity software, with aptitude to learn new software and systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Professional attitude and appearance. Highly dependable and efficient, able to comply with deadlines. Solid customer service attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
