Services & Solutions Sales Executive

Konica Minolta is seeking an energetic Sales Professional to seek out new customers and partner with existing ones offering targeted solutions to improve efficiency. The Services & Solutions Sales Executive is a subject matter expert with a strong technical background.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for pre-sale technical discovery, business process analysis, and development of customized solutions to fit a client’s requirements.
• Work with KMBS 3rd party providers & Line of Business owners in crafting customer solutions & presentations
• Maintain and manage individual sales activities and opportunities in the CRM Management System.
• Build pipeline and forecast opportunities and be prepared to meet with leadership to review.
• Works directly with cross functional teams and business units to achieve key performance indicators(KPI) and Konica Minolta defined processes.
• Engage Pre-Sales support team to assist on creating and/or developing Engagement letters, Site Survey, Scope of Work (SOW) preparation and integration projects where appropriate.
• Learning and demonstrating the benefits of all Konica Minolta products, services and solutions for clients.
Qualifications
• Four-year college degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field
• 3-5 years relevant Software Solutions, IT infrastructure or Managed IT Services sales experience
• Experienced with Network print servers, Document management/ scanning applications and workflows, Managed Print Services, Print Optimization/cost recovery, Print and MFP print controller technology, SQL, Security, and major third-party print manufacturer's devices
• Strong working knowledge of industry hardware, IT services and Software solutions offerings
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable and presentable transportation
