What we offer:

Work schedule: Friday – Sunday 6AM-6PM Workdays and hours may vary depending on operational needs; occasional overtime and weekend work may be an hour to shift differential between the hours of 5:30pm to 5:30am PAID BREAKS

What you’ll do:

The effective day to day operation of the various production processes and equipment. Operate within all company procedures and standards. Work in a manner that protects the safety of both yourself and all others on site. Work to the plans and schedules required to fulfil the manufacturing plan, in line with our customer service requirements. Maintain the equipment as required by the maintenance schedule and request maintenance orders for any corrective work identified. Complete accurately all transactions as required within our SAP and other IT systems. Complete all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. Contribute positively to the manufacturing team with improvement ideas and participate and lead (as appropriate) in improvement activities. Ensure good communication with other team members and line management. Participate in the training and coaching of others as required. Maintain a clean and organized workplace in line with 5S principles and practices. Participate in working in other functional areas of the business as required Quality, Production planning, R&D, Engineering. All employees are accountable for behaving in line with Mölnlycke core values and behavioral standards. Supports the effort to implement best practices within job scope; expected to participate in activities designed to improve production, quality and safety. Performs other duties as assigned by manager.

What you’ll need:

Pre-employment physical, background check, and at least 2 professional references required Proven success working in a team-based environment as well as the ability to meet performance measures with minimal direct supervision and guidance Ability to make well-reasoned decisions both independently and as part of a team Effective communication and organization skills Basic mechanical, mathematical, and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook) Ability to work overtime to ensure production goals are met Over 75% of the workdays are spent walking or standing Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Regular handling, lifting, carrying, pulling, pushing, reaching, and grasping Close vision and color vision are required Ability to wear a respirator Experience in production, manufacturing or related environment preferred, but not required.
