**We have an immediate full-time, year-round opening for a Operations Coordinator on our Administrative Team.**

**Your position will be both administrative and hands-on in all aspects of maintaining a summer camp.**

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Supervise our Maintenance Coordinator with daily project lists and supply acquisition. Work with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks, safety, and compliance.
- Supervise our Kitchen Coordinator and order all of the food for camp and our off-season picnic business on a daily basis during the spring and summer.
- You are responsible for ordering all of the supplies and equipment for the camp.
- We will send you for a CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification and you will perform daily maintenance on the pool pumps, chemicals, and feeders.
- We will send you for a CDL (Commerical Driver's License) and you will help train our new drivers and route our bus runs with our in-house software.
- During the summer, you will oversee our camper trip program and both their depature and return.
- Assist our Maintenance Coordinator outside in the fall and winter with projects throughout the property. You will assit during the spring as time permits.

**Qualifications**:

- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in facilities management including: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, power tools, and landscaping preferred. Preferred experience in a camp, hospitality, or similar setting.
- Speaking Spanish is a plus.

**Work Conditions**:

- Lifting up to 50 pounds
- Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Standing and walking for long periods of time
- Clean driving record

All of the work is on our 20-acre property in North Brunswick, NJ.

The camp is a family business and you will report directly to the owners. This is a varied job and the successful applicant will have a positive attitude and enjoy working around children. You must be a hard worker and self-starter. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in earning more money and available to work longer hours

**Your full-time hours vary during the year as follows**:
**September 1 through March 30: Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4 pm**

**April 1 through August 31: Mon-Fri 8 am-6 pm.**

Your salary includes overtime, full healthcare, bonuses, paid time off, matching 401K, and free summer camp for your kids or grandkids.

We will provide you with a hot lunch and snacks at no charge during the months of June, July, and August.

Eagle's Landing Day Camp is a summer day camp located in North Brunswick, NJ. Our camp is already preparing for a busy 2024 season. Summer camp is a positive environment for a person who cares about their work.

You must be a responsible individual with reliable transportation to and from our location. You must understand and speak English and have a happy demeanor to work around children.
