Go Mini’s Moving and Portable Storage has a focus on making moving and storage simple.
With portable storage containers, customers have the flexibility to choose on-site storage, local moving, or store with us.
Our team of experts are available to help from start to finish to exceed our customer’s expectations.

Operations Managers are in charge of providing inspired leadership for the operation of one of the organization’s local facilities, which involves making strategic decisions and developing and assisting in implementing operational procedures.
They provide excellent customer service by properly executing deliveries and service requests, while also providing a safe workplace for facility employees.

 

Responsibilities: 

-Supervise and manage daily operations and facility employees

-Train, communicate, and enforce company and DOT safety procedures

-Ensure proper maintenance of facility and storage units

-Provide excellent customer service by executing deliveries and other request for service

-Make recommendations for employee actions including hiring, training, and performance reviews and terminations.

-Perform facility opening and closing functions

-Ensure trucks and forklifts are operable and are being maintained properly and following company procedures

-Prepare, evaluate, and balance the employee and delivery schedules

-Manage facility inventory and assets

-Successfully manage and collect past-due accounts

-Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency, safety, and goal achievement

-Liaise between managers, customers, and employees

-Assist with marketing initiatives and consistently build relationships with accounts

 

Requirements

-Proficient software skills

-Strong communication skills

-Valid driver's license in good standing

-Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle last minute dealings to schedule

-Flexible work schedule to accommodate our customers as needed

-Proficiency in English 

-Possesses strong organizational and time management skills
