A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - DISPATCHER
In this office position, you play a crucial role in our company's operations. Your friendly personality is a great asset to you as you answer call, assist customers, and dispatch technicians. You are always careful and responsible when collecting payments and doing other computer tasks. You appreciate the variety that each day offers and you find great fulfillment in being such an essential part of the team
QUALIFICATIONS
- Dispatching experience
- Basic computer knowledge
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills
WORK SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position with a typical schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, plus on-call work.
