Description:
They are looking for resources who have past experience with Service Desk/over the phone support, ServiceNow ticketing tool, and Epic support. Healthcare experience is a bonus.. They need people to supplement their current service desk and help keep the call volume manageable.
Shift is M-F 8am - 5pm

Reliability will be a top priority when selecting candidates. Must be open to working weekends and their shift for a 40 hour work week. No call offs or expected appointments during the duration of the role.
